We had to show potential patients that MedExpress doesn’t just “stitch you up” but helps you regain control in an emergency. And given their irrationality during an emergency, we had to communicate this message far away from injury. We had our medical team diagnose videos in partnership with popular YouTube channel Fail Army, to show patients that MedExpress allows them to fail fearlessly and relinquish control to our medical experts.

This campaign drove traffic increases of high-acuity services across MedExpress Urgent Care Centers by 88% and had a 205% ROI. It also won a Silver Effie in Healthcare Services.
